We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage National Curriculum and use Birth to 5 Matters to underpin our planning, delivery and assessment processes.

At Lea Nursery we offer places to children between 2-4 years of age.

Two year olds start in Kangaroos with Mrs Kaleem and Mrs Kumari.

When children turn three they move into the main nursery class.

There are two family groups. The family groups are led by qualified Teachers who work closely with experienced Early Years Practitioners and Teaching Assistants.

The 5 keyworker groups for our 3 to 4 year olds:

• Meerkats with Mrs Sharma
• Butterflies with Mrs Nisa
• Leopards with Ms Bibi (Ms Sana)
• Lions with Mrs Hothi
• Pandas with Mrs Preda
